Uddo Shop started in 1999, providing art services to the Donald Young Gallery in Chicago, and grew from there. Uddo Shop relocated to Portland, Oregon, in 2015.

Yes, Uddo Shop LLC is registered and insured.
Can Uddo Shop take credit cards?
Absolutely! Click the pay now button on the invoice.
What's it like to start a job with Uddo?
It starts with a conversation. We then send you an estimate which details each part of the job. The quote is online, so we can make changes and push them up instantly. Once you like what you see, click 'accept' and we start.
Does Uddo require a deposit?
It depends on the job. Large jobs require a deposit. Small jobs do not.
Do your crates have a bug stamp?
Uddo Shop crates are 100% plywood, which does not require an ISPM-15 bug stamp for international shipping. If your crate requires the stamp anyway, please let us know. We're happy to discuss this with you or your institution.
Can you be discreet?
Do you prefer privacy? Not everyone wants what they do to be broadcasted on the Internet. Uddo will be as discreet as you like. Conversely, we will promote your job and institution if it benefits you.
Can Uddo deliver the completed projects?
Yes, most of the time. If not, we’ll arrange for a trusted moving company to take care of it.
Is my job too small for Uddo?
Uddo Shop will consider all jobs regardless of size, but there is a minimum shop fee. If a job is too big, we'll let you know and recommend a more extensive cabinet shop.
Does Uddo work for free?
It's usually worded differently, but this question does come up. Uddo Shop does not work for free.
Why isn't Uddo on Facebook?
We prefer Instagram.
Who does your website?
Uddo Shop does the graphic design, photography, and website maintenance.
What camera do you use?
Some of the photos on this website are older, so they show a progression of cameras, including a Fuji S3-Pro and a Nikon D40. We currently use the Fujifilm X-T3 with XF 27mm / XF 35mm / XF 60mm/XF 23mm / XF 80mm.
